1) தமிழக அரசுக்குத் தர வேண்டிய கல்வி நிதியை உடனடியாக வழங்குமாறு தமிழக முதல்வர் மத்திய அரசுக்கு வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்துள்ளார்.

2) மத்திய அரசின் கல்விக் கொள்கையை ஏற்கும் வரை தமிழகத்துக்கான கல்வி நிதி வழங்கப்பட மாட்டாது என தர்மேந்திர பிரதான் திட்டவட்டமாகக் கூறியுள்ளார்.
