1) இரண்டு நாள் பயணமாகக் குடியரசுத் தலைவர் திரௌபதி முர்மு தமிழகம் வந்துள்ளார். இன்று திருவாரூர் மத்திய பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் பட்டமளிப்பு விழாவில் கலந்து கொள்கிறார்.

2) 7020 கோடி ரூபாய்க்கான வர்த்தக ஒப்பந்தங்கள் ஜெர்மனியில் தமிழக முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் முன்னிலையில் கையெழுத்தாயின.
