1) மதுராந்தகம்,
தாராபுரம் ஆகிய சட்டப்பேரவைத் தொகுதிகளுக்கு அக்டோபர் 6 இல் இடைத்தேர்தல் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
2) கைது
செய்யும் போது பின்பற்ற வேண்டிய நடைமுறைகள் குறித்த அனைத்துக் காவல் நிலையங்களுக்கும்
சுற்றறிக்கை அனுப்ப உயர்நீதி மன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.
3) சமையல்
எரிவாயு சிலிண்டருக்கான முன்பதிவு இடைவெளி கிராமப்புறங்களுக்கும் 25 நாட்களாகக் குறைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
4) தமிழகத்தில்
அடுத்த இரண்டு நாட்களுக்கு மழை வாய்ப்பு உள்ளதாக வானிலை ஆய்வு மையம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

1) By-elections have been announced for the
Maduranthakam and Dharapuram assembly constituencies on October 6.
2) The High Court has ordered that a circular be sent to
all police stations regarding the procedures to be followed during arrests.
3) The booking interval for cooking gas cylinders has
been reduced to 25 days for rural areas as well.
4) The Meteorological Department has stated that there
is a possibility of rain in Tamil Nadu over the next two days.
5) The death toll from the floods in Nepal has risen to
1,356; a national day of mourning was observed in Nepal yesterday.
6) New peace talks between Russia and Ukraine are set to
