இந்திய ராணுவத்துக்காக 45000 ரூபாய் கோடியில் 156 ஹெலிகாப்டர்கள் இந்துஸ்தான் ஏரோநாட்டிக்கல் நிறுவனத்திடமிருந்து வாங்கப்பட உள்ளன. இராணுவ பயன்பாட்டுக்காக ஒரே நேரத்தில் இவ்வளவு ஹெலிகாப்டர்கள் உள்நாட்டிலேயே தயாரிக்கப்பட உள்ளது இதுவே முதல் முறையாகும்.

நீட் தேர்வில் நடைபெறும் சிறிய அலட்சியத்திற்கும் கடுமையான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க உச்சநீதி மன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.
