When other apps including
TNSED are not working…
When the apps are not
working due to the weakness of the network signals on your phone or lack of
continuous availability of the network signal, you can see the apps that are
not working when you use the DNS Changer app as well.
For example, when you can't
enter the TNSED app due to network signal problems, you can use the DNS Changer
app to complete the tasks you need to do in the TNSED app.
This is what you need to do
Type DNS Changer in PLAY STORE and download DNS Changer for
IPv4/IPv6. It is a completely free app.

After downloading, enter it
and select Cloudfare
under Public DNS Providers and touch START. DNS Changer will now be activated.
Now go to which app you
want to run and try running it. All apps which were not running till now
including TNSED app will start running now.
After completing your tasks
in the app you can go to DNS Changer and STOP and make it inactive.
Again, whenever you want to
run your non-running app, you can START DNS Changer and run it.
Even if your internet
connection shows 'E' you can see your app running by START DNS
Changer.
