இன்று கவியரசு கண்ணதாசனின் 99 ஆவது பிறந்த நாள் விழா.

1) சூன் 23 முதல் 27 வரை பள்ளிகளில் போதைப் பொருள் எதிர்ப்பு விழிப்புணர்வு நிகழ்ச்சிகளை நடத்த பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறை அறிவுறுத்தியுள்ளது.

2) நெடுஞ்சாலைத் துறையில் நாட்டிலேயே சிறந்த மாநிலமாகத் தமிழகம் விளங்குவதாக தமிழக அரசு தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
