1) இந்தியாவிலேயே முதல் முறையாக இளம் பெண்களுக்கு கருப்பை வாய் புற்றுநோய் தடுப்பூசி (HPV தடுப்பூசி) செலுத்தும் திட்டத்தை சென்னையில் தமிழக முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.

2) தமிழ்நாட்டில் 14 வயதுக்கு உட்பட்ட 3,38,649 பெண்களுக்கு முன்கூட்டியே அரசின் சார்பில் இலவசமாக HPV தடுப்பூசி செலுத்தப்பட உள்ளது.

3) தனியார் மருத்துவமனைகளில் HBV தடுப்பூசியை இருமுறை செலுத்த ரூ.28,000 செலவாகும் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

4) சென்னையில் நடைபெற்ற உலகளாவிய பெண்கள் உச்சி மாநாட்டில், பெண்களின் வேலைவாய்ப்பு மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பை மேம்படுத்துவதற்காக TNWESafe (Tamil Nadu Women Employment and Safety) என்ற 5,000 கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்பிலான திட்டத்தைத் தமிழக முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.

5) அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் திறன் இயக்கம் ஆண்டுத் தேர்வு வரை நீட்டிக்கப்படுகிறது.

6) பாராளுமன்றத்தின் பட்ஜெட் கூட்டத்தொடர் இன்று குடியரசுத் தலைவர் திரௌபதி முர்மு அவர்களின் உரையுடன் தொடங்குகிறது.

7) ஒரு சவரன் தங்கத்தின் விலை ஒரு லட்சத்து இருபதாயிரத்தைக் கடந்தது.

8) உலக அளவில் நுரையீரல் தொற்று பாதிப்புகள் இந்தியாவில் அதிகம் உள்ளது.
