இன்று தேசிய பெண்கள் தினம்.

1) கீழடியில் திறந்தவெளி அருங்காட்சியகத்தைத் தமிழக முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் இன்று திறந்து வைக்கிறார்.

2) பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி இன்று டெல்லியில் சேவா தீர்த்தம், கடமை மாளிகை ஆகிய முக்கிய அலுவலக வளாகங்களைத் திறந்து வைக்கிறார். இவற்றில் பிரதமரின் அலுவலகம் உட்பட முக்கிய அமைச்சகங்கள் செயல்பட உள்ளன.

3) பிரான்சிடமிருந்து 3.25 லட்சம் கோடியில் 114 ரபேல் போர் விமானங்களை வாங்க மத்திய அமைச்சரவை ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளது.

4) மும்பை மேயராக பாஜகவின் ரிது தாவ்டே பொறுப்பேற்றுக் கொண்டார். நாட்டின் பணக்கார மாநகராட்சி மும்பை மாநகராட்சி என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

5) அண்ணா பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் அதிநவீன செயற்கை நுண்ணறிவு ஆய்வகம் துவங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

வரலாற்றில் இன்று…

1) 1879 இல் சரோஜினி நாயுடு பிறந்த தினம் இன்று. இந்தியாவின் நைட்டிங்கேல் எனப் போற்றப்படும் இவரது பிறந்த நாளை முன்னிட்டுத் தேசிய பெண்கள் தினம் கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது.

2) 1931 இல் புதுடெல்லி இந்தியாவின் தலைநகராக அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக ஆன தினம் இன்று. அதற்கு முன்பு கல்கத்தா தலைநகராக இருந்தது.

3) இன்று உலக வானொலி தினம்.

3) The Union Cabinet has approved the purchase of 114 Rafale fighter jets from France at a cost of Rs 3.25 lakh crore.

4) BJP's Ritu Tawde has taken charge as the Mayor of Mumbai. It is noteworthy that Mumbai is the richest corporation in the country.

5) An advanced Artificial Intelligence Laboratory has been started at Anna University.

1) Today is the birth anniversary of Sarojini Naidu in 1879. National Women's Day is celebrated on the occasion of her birth, who is hailed as the Nightingale of India.

2) Today is the day New Delhi officially became the capital of India in 1931. Before that, Calcutta was the capital.

3) Today is World Radio Day.
