1) நேற்று நாடு முழுவதும் கடும் கட்டுப்பாடுகளுடன் 5,440 தேர்வு மையங்களில் நீட் மறுதேர்வு நடந்து முடிந்தது.

2) தமிழ்நாடு பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை செயல்படுத்தி வரும் கல்வித் திட்டங்களுக்கு இந்த ஆண்டிற்கான புகழ்பெற்ற SKOCH விருது வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

3) மாணவர்களை எதிர்காலத் தொழில்நுட்பத்திற்குத் தயார்படுத்தும் நோக்கில், முதற்கட்டமாக 5,000 அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் செயற்கை நுண்ணறிவு மற்றும் பைத்தான்  பயிற்சிகள் விரைவில் தொடங்கப்படவுள்ளன.
